Returns and personalisation terms

Personalised items: Products customised with your chosen name on the back are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind, including an incorrect size or spelling chosen by you. Please check your size, colour and name spelling before ordering.

Non-personalised items: To cancel an online purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, then return it within a further 14 days. You are responsible for the return delivery cost for change-of-mind returns. You may inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop; we may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond this.

Refunds for eligible non-personalised returns include any standard outbound delivery charge paid and will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged, not-as-described or incorrectly supplied items: Your statutory rights apply, including to personalised products. Contact us to arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement. We cover reasonable return delivery costs where the goods do not conform to your order. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

To request a return or report a problem, email omega.5@hotmail.co.uk with your order number before sending the item back.
